In 2020, I worked with fellow photographer Jeremiah Arias on a collaborative photo feature and interview with our childhood friends, the Durans, for Thrasher Magazine. Our photos of the sibling trio of Elijah, Mariah, and Zeke were printed in skateboarding’s biggest physical mag alongside an interview of all three that I conducted. The piece touched on the trio’s relationship skating together since they were kids and how that affected Mariah’s experience as a pro skater.
